Is Miami Florida a good place to live in?

Im only 13 but ive known since I was 5 that i wanted to live in florida by the beach somewhere. Im thinking Miami, because i don’t wanna live by a bunch of retired old people, but i don’t want to be completely isolated by people so i want a place with a lot of people. But is that a good place to live? Are there many hurricanes?
