How do I send my demo to?

hello answers community. i have been working on the past 3 years on improving my singing voice. I did some recordings (of my own pop music]) and I want to know how to submit them to a record company. I have contacted some of America’s leading vocal coaches whom after hearing my demo (such as Brett manning when I went down to Nashville for a vacation, I stopped by his studio and also booked a couple lessons) which according to him, I should try Hollywood records since that is mostly their genre focus (pop). How do I send it to them? I have 8 songs on my demo……How do I get my music solicited? Should I get an entertainment lawyer? Do you know of any entertainment lawyers or law firms that I could use that has a good reputation? Or should I send it on my own?
