Repossessed Homes In Miami Florida

The area in south Florida is a playground. Miami and the surrounding area is the playground for the rich and famous, the elite, if you will of the world. People with money that they love to spend on frivolous things. These are the kind of people that you would not expect to be affected at all by the current crisis at work on the economic fiber of the United States.
However if you have been following the headlines and the foreclosure crisis you may have noticed a lot of rather famous names entering the repossessed housing market and not on the purchasing end.
People usually think of foreclosure as something happens to the middle income and the poor. But when you look at what is out there on the market today you might be surprised to find a lot of upper end estates and mansions on the distressed property listing.
There are a good amount of lower priced homes and condos in repossession and there are even entire apartment buildings that are sitting empty and in a state of foreclosure. The area in and around Miami is truly an area with a little bit of everything available in a state of foreclosure.
The thing here is that the lower income have for ages been barely getting by on what they were making so they are by and large going to be somewhat unaffected by the current state of affairs, it is the middle class and the upper echelon that are feeling and will continue to be affected by the crisis that is gripping the country today.
As a result, the main influx of houses and property available in this market are going to be mid range and above with very few low income or low priced homes entering the foreclosure lists.
